Finance and Contract Manager

Michelle has over 20 years finance and administration experience mainly within small to large property development, real estate and engineering companies. Michelle gained a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting From QUT in 2000 and commenced at Australand shortly after before starting her own account and administration business that she owned and managed for 10 years. Michelle then moved to companies such as Harcourts and Tricity Realty within office administration and finance roles, before joining Elders Real Estate Project Marketing in 2012. She is a registered real estate agent, certified BAS agent and Justice of the Peace. Michelle has been with Elders Project Marketing for over 3 years as Finance and Contract Manager.


Jeremy McGrath

Accountant

Jeremy initially studied Information Technology but quickly made the switch to Accounting while working in the finance department at McInnes Wilson Lawyers. After completing his Bachelor of Business (Accounting) he commenced at WMS Chartered Accountants, mainly engaged in Business Services and Tax. However 14 months commuting from Brisbane to the Gold Coast while undertaking his CA became too much and transitioned back to commercial accounting at Elders Projects as Assistant Accountant where he is a vital component in the finance department, creating and improving the internal financial management and cash flow reporting.


Shaniece Iafeta

Contracts Administrator

Shaniece has over four years’ experience in the legal industry where she worked as a paralegal as well as an Assistant to the Director and National Credit/Business Development Manager. After earning a Diploma in Legal Services, Shaniece discovered her passion for property. Currently holding the title of Contract Administrator at Elders Project Marketing, Shaniece is best known for her attention to detail and maintaining strong relationships with clients.


Annalise Nicholson

Contract Administrator

Annalise began her career at Elders Project Marketing in a receptionist capacity before working her way up to contract administrator. With a background in administrative support at Strata Dynamics, Annalise is best known among Elders project Marketing customers for high level of accuracy and warm nature. Her role at Elders Project Marketing includes all stages of contracts, from preparation to execution and providing support to the wider contracts team. Annalise also has a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and is a level one gymnastics coach.


Sam Armstrong

Business Development and Leasing Consultant

Sam is responsible for Elders’ Property Leasing and Business Development. With a Diploma in Justice and 5 years experience working in the real estate industry across administration, sales and leasing, Sam has gained a reputation to always deliver and exceed clients’ expectations. In addition Sam’s excellent customer care and service skills enables him to successfully connect tenants and landlords to achieve the highest possible rent in the shortest possible time. Whether Sam is perfecting a marketing strategy for a Landlord or showing tenants through a property, he continually strives to deliver the best possible outcome.


Claudia Seeto

Receptionist

Claudia has an extensive experience in the customer service industry where she spent 8 years in retail administration. She has worked as a receptionist in a multinational company prior to joining Elders Project Marketing. As the first point of contact, Claudia has a can-do attitude, friendly disposition and is always eager to assist whenever required. She loves to discover new foodie places in Brisbane and loves to spoil her 2 little dogs, Charlie and Chloe.
